Behavioral and Psychiatric Health Technician

  • This training teaches the skills you need to provide direct services and support to patients who display patterns of disruptive behavior that requires management and intervention. Leaners will be prepared to sit for both the Electronic Health Records Specialist exam from the National Healthcareer Association and the American Certified ​Association of Psychiatric Technicians Level 1 certification exam. Learners have 12 months of access to complete their program.
MEDICAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with EHR (Electronic Health Records)

  • This program prepares you to manage the day-to-day operations of a medical facility; updating and organizing medical records including electronic health records, scheduling and coordinating appointments, verifying patient insurance, completing and submitting insurance claims and Microsoft Office skills.
MEDICAL BILLING

  • The online Medical Billing program helps you gain hands-on experience working with industry forms. You’ll learn how to fill out paperwork and then practice by filling out several forms yourself. This program also covers Medical Terminology, payers, payment systems, and reimbursement methodologies, billing and collections, basics of billing software tools, and a brief introduction to medical coding.
MEDICAL CODING AND BILLING PROFESSIONAL

  • Students will learn Medical Terminology, Anatomy, Physiology, Coding and Billing. Prepares you for the AAPC national certification exams -CPC,COC and/or AHIMA –CCA exam. This covers information pertaining to coding for clinics, doctor offices and hospitals.
Medical Scribe
Online Class - $3199
  • This program includes extensive training in medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, electronic health records, and HIPAA. It prepares you to take the Medical Scribe Certification exam so you will be ready to work in a physicians’ office, hospital or even from home.
Medical Transcription Editor

  • As a medical transcriptionist, you’ll be typing (i.e. transcribing) audio recordings of doctors’ notes for patients’ medical records. You can also opt for an editing position using the skills you’ve learned in our medical transcription editing course, where you’ll proof, and correct reports generated by speech-recognition software.
Mental Health Technician

  • Our Mental Health Technician Certification program is designed to arm you with the knowledge you need to recognize behavioral patterns in others and help them manage their impairments. Specifically designed to help you prepare for the American Association of Psychiatric Technicians (AAPT) and Certified Electronic Health Records Specialist (CEHRS) certification exams. Learners have 12 months of access to complete their program.
Pharmacy Technician

  • This course prepares you for the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) Exam and includes a 130 hour Externship. You will train for careers in both retail and institutional healthcare settings. This is one of the only online pharmacy technician programs that is accredited by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP)/ Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE).
